Health and Wellness Coaching is a partnership between the coach and the client. We will work together to tap into your strengths, values, and past successes in order to leverage them for long-term, sustainable change. We focus on a holistic version of you (elements such as: environmental, emotional, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual), rather than just a few select areas of your life. We will develop a plan for short-term goals through brain storming, trial and error, and exploration. You are the expert in your life, I am here in the co-pilot seat ready to help you reach that comprehensive, encompassing health vision.
